This link will take you to the California Department of Education site. Listed there are all of the California Department of Education resources for parents.

Parent Roadmaps to the Common Core Standards

This site will take you to the Council of Great City Schools site and contains a parent roadmaps for grade levels kindergarten through eighth grade.  For each grade and subject, the roadmaps explain to parents what children will be learning and how parents can support learning outside of the classroom. Easy to read and understand. Also in Spanish.
