MCUSD YNP Teacherage - Reroofing of two houses

Please note that this project is not being completed on school grounds, and is not being paid for with public money. Therefore, the District has deemed that it is not a public works project, and does not need to be done at prevailing wage and the vendor would then not have to be registered with the Division of Industrial Relations or the district's CUPCCAA registry.

We have two rental houses in Yosemite Valley that we need to have reroofed. Please find the scope of work.

Due to these houses being on the Valley Floor of Yosemite, we also have regulations that must be followed through the park service.

We will be holding a MANDATORY job walk on Wednesday, April 11th at 10am.

10am - address #1 - 9007 Lost Arrow Rd, YNP

         - address #2 - 9011 Lost Arrow Rd, YNP (next door)

The representative from YNP will be at this job walk to explain the process that is needed to be followed.

At this meeting we will discuss the time needed and set a deadline for the bids to be submitted.
